The tech was very polite and professional. He answered my questions that i asked. He let me know what to do if the thermostat ever get knocked off the wall again. He let me know that i could turn the heat off by the circuit breaker which i didn't know. You have an excellent employee working for your company. I'm very pleased with his professionalism politeness and his work.

24 hours staff was immediately responsive to my online request and I scheduled HVAC maintenance for first thing in the morning. Deiter came out on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable of our HVAC system. He found the problem quickly and gave extra pointers on keeping our system running efficiently. Even helped me install the app to control our thermostat remotely. We've been using Charter for years and they never dissapoint!
