Charter Home Comfort helped us with our old system for years. So, the time came when we needed a new HVAC system. The owner, Brian, came out to give us an estimate. He gave us information on rebates and financing ideas. We spoke with the staff at his office several times. They were never bothered by my countless questions. The installers, Jon & Ian, came out for the day. They keep you informed, when needed, so you don't need to get in their way. At the end of the day, each one explained everything that was done. I felt I would remember it all. Then when I forgot, they took more time to make sure I had what I needed.
Our air was always set to freezing, and still not cool enough. Our new Lennox had me change the setting for the first time. I love using less energy but still being very cool and comfortable. We highly recommend them! We will use them in the future for any service and repairs. The staff at CHC go above and beyond and we had a great experience!
Ryan was very pleasant & nice to work. Especially with us being a add on for a Friday evening. He explained everything very well & thank goodness it all worked out. He probably won't forget our crazy house. We have 2 chocolate labs & they barked the whole time. Thank you for fitting us in. Diffently will use them ok.
Excellent installation, the guys took the time to not only install but made the extra effort to run all of the wiring and venting so it looked integrated to the surrounding joists.
