I'm glad the heat is fixed praying that was the only problem

My boiler went out in December of last year. I called charter home comfort and they came out the next day, gave me a great quote and installed new system within two days. im so grateful for the exceptional customer service and professionalism from Brian and staff. I highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs.
Allen was great! He came earlier than the appointed time, which he contacted us and asked if he could and we appreciated since we had no AC. He was very nice and professional and had us back up and running in no time! Would definitely recommend Allen and Charter Home Comfort for any of your heating / cooling needs. Would absolutely call them again for any other problems.
Charter is outstanding to say the least. The gentlemen that repaired my air conditioner was honest, quick, and did not charge me for any extra non sense. I had to use them after hours for an emergency and I am convinced I still saved money by using them over any other competitor. I will not hesitate to use them in the future!
This company is second to none. They are extremely reliable and timely. Tom was able to diagnose our thermostat issue within seconds and it was quickly fixed. Tom even helped with a non related issue on a project - again within seconds. We have used Charter many times previously and they always exceed expectations. They are a go to company. - simply the best! Thanks again.
Allen fixed my broken A/C outside in the pouring rain on a super hot day. Pleasant, efficient and professional. Very grateful for next day service from a company I can trust.

Amazing company. The girl on the phone was so kind and great to work with. The technician was on time and did a great job. So simple, took my card for payment, emailed receipt. I would recommend to anyone.
