From efficient intake to quoting consultation to professional well executed installation, I am thoroughly satisfied Charter Home Comfort's customer service. My thanks also to the local HVAC business owner that referred me to CHC because they are already experts with hybrid-heat-pump water heaters. I understand that CHC is also well experienced with heat pump heating and cooling, and expect that I will be calling on them again for that. Friendly and professional employees.

Ian was the service person and he seemed to do a very thorough job. I've had this service before which only took 15 minutes and the service person did not check the air conditioning unit outside and certainly didn't take it apart and rinse ,etc
