Called in the morning, had an appointment that afternoon. Brian came and diagnosed the problem with the furnace. Had heat back on in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Been dealing with Charter for about 4 years. Everytime I have called I get a prompt appointment. I highly recommend Charter Home Comfort! Thank you Brian and all the friendly staff at Charter.

Great people great service your one stop hvac shop
We used Charter for our business needs. They redirected our heat vents and installed a new thermostat. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I always recommend Brian and his crew every time someone asks me for a heating and cooling company.

Allen was great! He came earlier than the appointed time, which he contacted us and asked if he could and we appreciated since we had no AC. He was very nice and professional and had us back up and running in no time! Would definitely recommend Allen and Charter Home Comfort for any of your heating / cooling needs. Charter is outstanding to say the least. The gentlemen that repaired my air conditioner was honest, quick, and did not charge me for any extra non sense. I had to use them after hours for an emergency and I am convinced I still saved money by using them over any other competitor. I will not hesitate to use them in the future!
