Had them install my furnace last November. Did a great job with the install with a good price. Just today trying to flip on my air one of my wires was old and needed to be stripped and reinstalled. Totally honest and professional. Thank you Ryan!
I purchased a furnace and air conditioning unit in March. Today Ryan came today to set up the air conditioning for the season.
The fellows were very professional and nice. They asked if I had any questions and showed me how to work the thermostat.
They are great company. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Charter was great, the owner who came out and quoted the climb was the most informative of the pros and cons of what I wanted to do, they were at the job when they said they would be and even stayed late to finish even tho they didn't have to. Great company would recommend.
Just call them already! I have needed to use Comfort Home twice this year. Both times the scheduling was easy and technician arrived 10min before their 2 hour window. Repairs done in a timely manner at a great value. Great value for the money paid.
Excellent experience all around. Everyone we interacted with - Tom, Brian, Lynette, and the two installers - were knowledgeable and friendly. They made a stressful situation (broken furnace with a replacement part that would take 2 weeks+ to arrive) much less so. Thank you!

They came out and did a fair honest quote. Just completed the Install and did better than expected. Very polite, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to everyone. FYI I had quotes extremely higher due to covid. This company did not try to take advantage during the pandemic. I believe this company will be around for years to come.
