Allen was great! He came earlier than the appointed time, which he contacted us and asked if he could and we appreciated since we had no AC. He was very nice and professional and had us back up and running in no time! Would definitely recommend Allen and Charter Home Comfort for any of your heating / cooling needs. Would absolutely call them again for any other problems.

I called charter home comfort and they came out the next day, gave me a great quote and installed new system within two days. im so grateful for the exceptional customer service and professionalism from Brian and staff. My AC was making a "running" sound while I was using the furnace Allen was professional and courteous. He quickly identified the issue (flipped wiring) and was able to fix it promptly. He then double checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Great service and it was very reasonably priced too!
There a great company. Fast service and great prices. My friends furnace went out and she contacted them. They were there within the hour and had her furnace back on track.
