Allen was the tech that handled the service call for our AC issue. He arrived timely and was thorough in diagnosing the problem. We have working AC again.
Allen was great! He came earlier than the appointed time, which he contacted us and asked if he could and we appreciated since we had no AC. He was very nice and professional and had us back up and running in no time! Would definitely recommend Allen and Charter Home Comfort for any of your heating / cooling needs. Would absolutely call them again for any other problems.

My boiler went out in December of last year. I called charter home comfort and they came out the next day, gave me a great quote and installed new system within two days. im so grateful for the exceptional customer service and professionalism from Brian and staff.
